When you enquire, book or register, we may collect names, ages, phone numbers, email addresses, attendance details, emergency contacts, health information, training history, consent choices and the information you type into our forms. For a child, we also collect the parent or guardian details needed to manage the booking safely.
We use this information to arrange classes, contact you about your booking, choose an appropriate batch, protect participant safety, maintain attendance and progress records, provide customer support and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
A parent or lawful guardian must submit a booking for anyone under 18. We use a child's name, age and relevant safety information only to provide and manage classes. Parents or guardians may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we must keep by law.
Our website uses analytics and advertising tools, including Google measurement tools and the Meta Pixel, to understand visits and measure campaign results. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
Information is available only to authorised staff and service providers who help us operate bookings, communications and the website. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes, safety, disputes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it where practical.
You may ask what information we hold, request a correction, withdraw optional media permission, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
